How long are shipping times?

Orders are typically delivered within 1 week of shipping. However, please allow up to two weeks for delivery.

What are your shipping costs?

Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. For orders below $50, shipping fees are based on location and calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at theadventureum@gmail.com, and we will guide you through the return process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

I've changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

As long as your product has not been submitted for fulfillment by us, we can cancel the order. Please note, items are submitted for fulfillment within a few hours, so the faster you can let us know about the cancellation, the more likely we'll be able to do it.

If your order has been shipped, then you must follow our return policy once you receive your product. Our customer service team is on standby to help you out!
